From the moment we saw your exquisite capture of a wedding in France on Rock My Wedding we knew you had to be our photographer.

THANK YOU SO SO SO MUCH!!!

It’s actually taken us a few days to sit down and go through them all, as it’s something we didn’t want to rush. We wanted to take in all the happy memories and enjoy all the smiling faces and love!
The photos are utterly beautiful, it’s everything we wanted them to be and oh so much more! Looking back on the day through these photos brings so much happiness to us both, and they will be truly treasured for many many years to come! We loved seeing all the bits that understandably the bride and groom often miss at their own wedding, and loved seeing all the laughter from those we hold dearest. You captured it so beautifully.

Your work is truly incredibly and somehow through just a photo you’ve captured the laughter, love and everything in between from our day!

Oh my gosh these photos, they are absolutely amazing wow wow!!

You have done the most magical job at capturing our day (both of our days in fact!) – we could not have wished for more and feel very lucky to have had you there part of the day, making every moment feel easy. A huge, huge thank you thank you thank you from us both – we are going to have to make a printed album… there is nothing else for it.

We can’t decide which snaps we love the most, there’s too many, those lake shots and golden hour – so happy!!! But they are just one bit!

Having Mary Anne at our wedding was like having an extra guest, a friend.
She exudes calmness which is what we both needed when executing Plan B ‘Wet Weather’.

In the run up to the big day Mary Anne was very organised and a brilliant communicator. We knew what to expect from her and that put us at ease, even over video call briefings and navigating the many travel hoops we all had to jump through.

She turned negatives into positives regarding the weather and made the most of the different lights throughout the day and the scenery available to us.

Mary Anne worked seamlessly with the Videographer, despite not meeting until the morning of the ceremony and went above and beyond offering to help communicate with other suppliers and staying far later than she should have done to capture our first dance.

After delivering 3 amazing sneak peaks, we can’t wait to see the rest.

24 hours later and I am still constantly scrolling back and forth through 500+ photos like an emotional madwoman!!

Words cannot describe how special those photos are to us. You have captured everything we could have dreamed of and more. I love how natural they all are and tell the story of the day so clearly. Incredible and what a talent you have! We could not be more pleased with them.

I don't really know where to begin. I'm not normally a gushy person but I will never ever forget opening our album yesterday. Aside from the wedding, it really was my favourite moment of the year. They really were astonishingly beautiful and I found it so moving looking through them all.

You are so wonderful at what you do and please please never stop doing it. Because if you make half your clients as happy as you've made me and John then you are really doing something special.

We knew it was a perfect day but I can't tell you what it means seeing it reflected back at us in every single picture. I've never felt so reassured and so thrilled.

It was everything I hoped for and about a million times more. The pictures in the church particularly absolutely took my breathe away.

Where to start! We were so so happy to have this very special lady capture our big day. Mary-Anne has an amazing calming energy, it was like having another bridesmaid in the room as opposed to a stranger I had never met before, she was a dream and made everyone, including myself, feel calm around her.

I first saw Mary Ann's work at a friends wedding and knew she would do mine one day. The light, energy and naturalness in her shots is what I fell in love with, and she delivered exactly that for our wedding day. The day goes so crazily fast, but having all of our pictures means we're able to relive it all! Not a moment missed, and her attention to details is amazing!

We could not recommend her enough and neither could all those that came to our wedding! Thank you Mary-Anne for making our day so so so special, we wish we could do it all again!

Honestly.....they are absolutely incredible!! You have such an amazing talent. I keep saying how I know everyone says their photographer was great on their wedding day and it’s often because it’s just such a happy day they would be positive no matter what, but I keep trying to explain to everyone you ACTUALLY are THE best photographer ever and I couldn’t recommend you enough.

Honestly couldn’t be happier. I just want to keep looking at them over and over again. Your style is just magical and the way you use light (even on a gloomy rainy day) is a real talent. The package was done so lovely, and SO us!!!

An Ode to Mary-Anne.
The question was popped and she answered yes,
But who could we choose to capture the beauty, the dress?
"Relaxed, friendly and real", some of our many criteria,
And when we found Mary-Anne the choice couldn't have been easier!
A few emails exchanged after seeing captivating pictures,
Which led to a Skype call, she listened with interest.
And so the day arrived and Mary-Anne began,
Creatively clicking, seeing through the lense like no one else can.
She ducked and dived to capture the detail, like the subtle blowing wind, fluid through the long veil.
Fine prompts were given, adjusting our stance,
Enabling the camera to capture the romance.
We wanted relaxed, friendly and real,
And what we got was more than that, it was perfection, ideal!

We chose to go with Mary-anne because of her specific style and way of taking unique and natural photos, and we are very glad we did! We're really delighted with the photos that Mary-anne captured of our wedding. They captured the stunning scenery of the location very well, and emphasised the beautiful autumn colours perfectly.

It was because of Mary-Anne’s beautiful pictures that we were so happy that she would be photographing our wedding. Regarding her character we couldn’t have made a better choice. She was at the venue early and took care to ensure that we all were perfectly at ease. Our ceremony room was very small but we were hardly aware of her presence.

Mary-Anne is tactful and unobtrusive. She let us be, while capturing our feelings on the day. As we walked around Bristol’s cobbled streets and parks she occasionally gave subtle creative direction, which we felt was entirely judged to our taste, which she had discussed with us before the event.

We felt entirely in our comfort zone with Mary-Anne photographing us; it was simply a lovely experience, while our wedding pictures denote great work. They are editorial, naturally artistic and above all personal.

Mary-Anne weaves friendliness, love and emotional intelligence through her subtle reportage style, and we wouldn’t hesitate to hire her again. Even the packaging she delivered the DVD in made us smile.
